The spiritual heart of the New York campus, the Petrie Synagogue is a laboratory for students鈥 spiritual and professional development, offering fine acoustics, accessibility, and flexible seating for worship and performance. It features the 鈥12 Tribes鈥 stained glass windows, Torah Ark, and Eternal Light designed by Yaacov Agam; sculptor Jeffrey Brosk鈥檚 Reading Table, Tzedakah Box, and Elijah Chair; and Yael Lurie and Jean Pierre Larochette鈥檚 hand-woven Reading Table tapestry.
